Yeah I saw the 'prints as all red and I interpreted that as being unavailable. Didn't occur to me until later they were red because I didn't have those respective buildings built yet. So you COULD buy and use all of them on one toon, but I guess you'd have to spent extra resources clearing a plot, re-building, and re-upgrading as desired.
